3 Key Numbers You’re Probably Missing (That Could Change Everything)

Let’s be real for a sec — most people train week in, week out without really knowing if what they’re doing is working.


They go off how they feel, what the mirror says that morning, or whether their clothes fit a bit differently — which, let’s be honest, can change depending on the day, lighting, or mood.

1. Skeletal Muscle Mass (SMM)

This is your engine.

It shows how much lean muscle tissue your body is carrying — the stuff that drives strength, performance, and overall capability.

Most people have no idea whether their muscle is actually increasing or not.That’s where this number changes everything.

When you understand your SMM, you can see if your training and nutrition are actually building your body up — or just keeping you stuck.


2. Body Fat Percentage (BFP)

This one’s the truth teller.

You can weigh the same for months, but what’s happening inside could be completely different.
