ABOUT ME

Hi, I’m James Pryor, the founder of BY PRYORPROJECTS, and I’m passionate about helping others transform their lives—physically and mentally.  

 

Born and raised in Canberra, I spent my early years experimenting with various lifestyles, including a year in Queensland that, while full of excitement, also taught me important lessons about personal growth and the need for change. It was during this time that I realized I wanted more from life.

Sport has always been a huge part of my journey. I have a background in football (soccer), playing for 15 years, which taught me discipline, resilience, and the importance of hard work—values I now bring into my coaching.

Fitness has been a driving force for me since I was 13, but it wasn’t until I committed fully—completing my Certificate III & IV in Fitness, prioritizing my health, and transforming my own life—that I discovered my true purpose: empowering others to achieve their fitness goals and unlock their potential.

At BY PRYORPROJECTS, I use a combination of personalized training and InBody scanning to provide clients with the tools, knowledge, and support they need to succeed. My goal is simple: to help you build not just a stronger body, but a stronger mindset, so you can become the best version of yourself—both inside and out.

Through tailored coaching and scientifically-backed assessments, I guide you through every step of your fitness journey, whether you're looking to lose weight, build muscle, or just improve your overall health. I’m here to help you take control, boost your confidence, and unleash your full potential.
